Residential living areas and modern home renovation projects with hardwood flooring and minimal soft furnishings frequently experience distracting flutter echo and hollow room acoustics. Ambient household noise, TV audio reflection, and footsteps bounce off large open wall surfaces, degrading sound clarity and disturbing home tranquility without offering an aesthetic fit for contemporary interior decor.

Engineered Solution & Design

To solve indoor echo while elevating residential design, the living room feature wall was fitted with 12mm custom-carved PET acoustic wall baffles in a heathered mid-grey tone. Precision CNC-routed with an intricate geometric lattice pattern, the sculpted surface diffuses sound waves directly at reflection points. Installed seamlessly above floor cabinets, the panels seamlessly replace plain drywall with a rich, tactile architectural texture that enhances warm residential lighting.

Performance & Compliance

Crafted from 12mm high-density, eco-friendly PET polyester fiber, the wall baffle delivers a balanced NRC 0.80 rating, specifically tuning vocal mid-to-high frequencies and eliminating harsh room echo. The clean, multi-axis CNC grooves are burr-free and tear-resistant under daily household touch. Fully certified for low-VOC indoor air quality and compliance with ASTM E84 Class A flame-retardant safety standards, the non-toxic, odorless panel provides a safe and quiet soundscape for family living.
