Standard thin wall treatments fail to absorb long-wavelength audio signals, causing unwanted bass buildup, phase cancellation, and muddy vocal tracking that compromise studio-grade audio production.

Engineered Solution & Design

To deliver maximum acoustic dampening alongside a refined studio aesthetic, the control room main backdrop was outfitted with 24mm heavy-duty embossed PET acoustic panels in a dual-tone terracotta rust and light beige palette. Featuring precision thermal-formed deep vertical fluting, the extra-thick 3D surface acts as both a high-efficiency sound absorber and a geometric wave diffuser. Installed seamless-joint, the bold linear grooves add acoustic volume and architectural sophistication to critical listening spaces.

Engineered from ultra-high-density 100% recyclable PET polyester fiber, the 24mm structured matrix achieves an outstanding noise reduction rating of NRC 0.90+, effectively trapping problematic low-frequency standing waves and mid-range vocal reflections. High-pressure thermal embossing ensures long-term dimensional stability and resistance to physical impact in active studio environments. Fully certified to ASTM E84 Class A fire-safety standards with zero formaldehyde off-gassing, the non-toxic panel system ensures an acoustically precise, safe, and healthy professional recording facility.
